1. How to reach us

The fastest path to a human is the contact form — pick the Support topic and tell us what's broken or confusing. You can also email hello@invoeva.com directly.

For sales, partnerships, investor, or press enquiries, use the matching topic on the contact form so we can route you to the right person.

2. Response times

We aim to respond within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the team's home timezone). Complex issues that need investigation may take longer to fully resolve — we'll send a holding reply with a rough ETA either way.

During private beta there are no contractual support SLAs. Best-effort is our actual practice and we publish honest expectations rather than commitments we can't yet keep.

3. Self-serve answers

  • FAQ — pricing, data, integrations, security, and the questions every prospect asks before signing up.
  • Pricing — current plans, beta status, and what changes when paid plans launch.
  • Privacy and Terms — what data we collect, how we use it, and the beta agreement.

4. Service status

A dedicated public status page is on the post-beta roadmap. Until it launches, we'll post incident updates by email to active accounts and respond to status queries through the contact form.

5. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please email hello@invoeva.com with the subject "Security" and a description of the issue. We'll acknowledge receipt within one business day and keep you informed while we investigate. Please don't publicly disclose details until we've had a chance to remediate.

6. Data access & deletion requests

To request a copy of your data or delete your account, write to us through the contact form with topic Support. See the Privacy Policy for the full set of rights and our response timeframes.
